2. Our products

WOSM sells digital fitness, nutrition and behaviour-change programs delivered as downloadable files and web-based content. Products are for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Licence

When you buy a WOSM product you receive a lifetime, non-transferable licence to use it personally. You may download and print it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share publicly or use any part of it to create commercial products or coaching materials.

4. Health disclaimer

Our programs are general educational content designed for healthy adults. They are not medical advice and do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. You should consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. You take part in any program at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own limits.

5. Results

Results shown on this site are from real members but are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes depend on many factors including start point, adherence, genetics and lifestyle. We make no promise that you will achieve any specific result.

6. Payment and pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect purchases already made. Promotional pricing is available for the stated period only.

7. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically, immediately after successful payment, to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address. If you don't receive your order within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.

8. Refunds

See our Refund policy. In summary: 30 days, full refund, no questions asked.

9. Updates

We regularly update our programs. Owners receive updates to the products they've purchased free of charge. We may occasionally retire or replace products; where we do, existing owners retain access to the version they purchased or receive the replacement at no cost.

10. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Don't share them. We may suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect sharing or redistribution.

11. Intellectual property

All content — text, images, video, program design and brand — is owned by WOSM Ltd or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOSM Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of our products, except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
