WOSM Ltd ("WOSM", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it. We've tried to write it in plain English.

- Account and order details — name, email address and purchase history, so we can deliver your products and provide support.
- Payment information — processed entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Messages — anything you send us via email or the contact form.
- Optional survey data — if you choose to take part in our follow-up surveys about results, we store your responses. This is always opt-in.
Information collected automatically
- Basic analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate location by country) using a privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics tool.
- Essential technical data needed to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To deliver products you've purchased and give you access to your library.
- To provide customer and coaching support.
- To send you product updates for programs you own.
- To send our weekly newsletter — only if you've subscribed. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To improve our programs and website.
- To comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.
Who we share it with
Only trusted providers who help us run WOSM — payment processing, email delivery, hosting and support tooling — and only to the extent necessary. Each is bound by data-processing agreements.
Health information
Our programs may ask you to record weight, measurements or habits. This information is stored on your own device or in documents you control; we do not collect it unless you choose to share it with us in a support conversation or survey.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@wosm.fit and we'll respond within 30 days.
Retention
We keep order records for 7 years to meet accounting obligations. Newsletter data is deleted when you unsubscribe. Support conversations are deleted after 24 months.
Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies (for your cart and login). We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you won't see a cookie banner.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy we'll email customers and update the date above.
